Senior Finance Manager, Pensions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Pratap Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting activities for multiple trading entities within our global business.
Your expertise in IFRS and FRS102 will be invaluable in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting. You will work closely with our Group Financial Controller to identify and implement process improvements, and provide guidance on complex accounting areas such as acquisitions, share schemes, and foreign subsidiaries.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Owning the financial accounting of our Group's various acquisitions
- Liaising with external advisors to ensure transactions are fully understood and documented
- Owning and presenting the potential impact of acquisitions on our Group to support the budgeting & forecasting process
- Owning the audit process of acquisitions, ensuring all appropriate documentation is provided
- Reviewing monthly Group consolidation, including analysis of variances to forecast & prior year
- Liaising with External Auditors on audit queries during the year-end audit process
- Supporting the Group Financial Controller with complex accounting areas, including acquisitions, share schemes, derivatives, and foreign subsidiaries
