Job Summary:

RSK Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Sustainable Agricultural Systems team, you will provide financial and project administration support to our Project Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a small team of project administrators to provide financial and project administration support to Project Managers.
  • Process sales invoices, including multi-currency projects, and ensure accurate coding.
  • Create purchase order numbers and process supplier invoices, maintaining accurate records.
  • Request credit checks and establish new client and supplier accounts.
  • Assist Project Managers in maintaining accurate project data and preparing project reports.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in internal purchasing or project administration is desirable.
  • Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail, with strong numeracy and IT skills.
  • High-level keyboard and computing skills using MS Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Confident and professional communication skills, with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
