Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Distinct Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing and reconciliations, including daily transactions and journal entries.
  • Support the preparation of invoices and coding for accurate financial reporting.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve transaction queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a finance-based role or an Accounting & Finance graduate.
