About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at PKF-Francis Clark Chartered accountants & business advisers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team, including note-taking and diary management.
- Undertake compliance checks, such as 'Know Your Client' and anti-money laundering clearance processes.
- Assist in preparing and formatting presentations, letters, and reports.
- Keep client databases and contact information up-to-date.
- Coordinate staff travel and accommodation as required.
- Engage in marketing support activities, including facilitating and coordinating client events.

What We Offer
This role offers a unique split office arrangement, with three days spent in Exeter and two days in Torquay. Our expenses policy supports your travel needs. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of colleagues and clients, making every day different and challenging.
