Job Title: Part Time Administrator

Elevation Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a Manufacturing Business in Mansfield to recruit a Part Time Administrator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be detail-oriented, and ensure that administrative support to the company is delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the team and departments
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff
  • Inputting invoices and payments
  • Taking initial enquiries from customers, providing quotations, and ensuring timely and accurate responses
Key Skills:
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
