Job Summary:

Winner Education Careers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our school in Mansfield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions, including requisitions, invoices, and payments.
  • Manage the school's fund account and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with the Senior Finance Officer to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Process petty cash claims and reconcile statements.
  • Assist with general finance and administrative duties, including supporting the reception team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in finance administration, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Highly motivated, professional, and forward-thinking individual.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid DBS check.
  • Knowledge of school finance administration software systems.
  • Ability to form positive relationships with staff and parents.
  • Flexibility to work across the whole school.
