About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at PKF-Francis Clark Chartered accountants & business advisers as an experienced administrator. As an integral part of our Senior Management Team, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team, including diary management, note-taking, and preparation of presentations, letters, and reports.
- Undertake compliance checks, such as 'Know Your Client' and anti-money laundering clearance processes.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of marketing materials, including client events.
- Manage client databases and contact information, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate staff travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
About You
We are looking for an exceptional individual with a proven track record in administration, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to suit the needs of our clients and team members will be invaluable in this role.
