Your role will require outstanding communication abilities and the skill to establish connections with diverse individuals, as you will be working closely with multiple teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate seamless marketing and business development initiatives.

As part of a collaborative team, you will report to an experienced marketing manager who will guide you in advancing your career.

We support hybrid working arrangements, but a consistent presence in the office will be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee our eastern region, managing business development and marketing efforts across several offices. Additionally, you will promote our Business Advisory services to enhance our offerings to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

  • Organizing events and webinars from conception to execution, ensuring objectives are met and following up to generate sales leads.
  • Creating innovative ideas for corporate hospitality events to strengthen relationships with clients and partners.
  • Developing engagement programs aimed at maintaining contact with key clients and prospects, assisting the Business Development teams in fostering stronger connections.
  • Designing issue-based marketing and social media campaigns to elevate our SME services.
  • Generating content such as videos and blogs for social media platforms.
  • Creating marketing materials including presentations, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies, and brochures.
  • Managing sponsorships to ensure we maximize our agreed-upon packages.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Coordinating the business development pipeline and qualifying leads for the team.
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposal documents and tracking wins and losses, sharing best practices with other teams.
  • Organizing business development meetings and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Monitoring budgets effectively.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and business development.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with excellent administrative capabilities.
  • Confident in establishing rapport with various stakeholders.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and performing well under pressure.
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in social media.
  • Enthusiastic about working collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Possessing a proactive and positive attitude.
