Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our Business Advisory services to SMEs, managing events and webinars, and developing marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage events and webinars from start to finish, including scoping, planning, and follow-up to generate sales leads.
- Develop and implement corporate hospitality events to build closer relationships with clients and contacts.
- Design and implement keep-in-touch programs to maintain relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Develop issue-based marketing and social media campaigns to promote our SME offering.
- Produce high-quality content, including videos, blogs, and social media posts.
- Produce marketing materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, e-shots, case studies, and brochures.
- Manage sponsorships and ensure we are maximizing our agreed packages.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate the business development pipeline and qualify opportunities/leads for the BD team.
- Manage and assist with the production of proposal documents and maintain a log of wins and losses.
- Coordinate business development meetings and chase actions with team members.
- Monitor budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in marketing and business development.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English.
- Comfortable communicating at all levels internally and externally.
- Highly organized with great administrative skills.
- Confident in building rapport with people.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in social media.
- Used to and keen to work in a team environment.
- A can-do attitude.
