Overview

You will work closely with a skilled marketing manager who will guide you in advancing your career trajectory.

While we offer a hybrid working model, regular office attendance will be necessary, with the office location determined by proximity to your residence.

Daily Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee our eastern region, focusing on multiple offices while engaging in both business development and marketing activities. You will also be tasked with promoting our Business Advisory services to enhance our offerings to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

  • Organizing and managing events and webinars from conception to completion, ensuring objectives are met and following up to generate potential sales leads.
  • Developing innovative ideas for corporate hospitality events aimed at strengthening relationships with clients and contacts.
  • Creating and implementing keep-in-touch programs to maintain contact with key clients and prospects, assisting the Business Development teams in building stronger connections.
  • Designing issue-based marketing and social media campaigns to elevate our SME services.
  • Producing engaging content such as videos and blogs for social media platforms.
  • Creating marketing materials including presentations, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies, and brochures.
  • Managing sponsorships to ensure we maximize our agreements.
  • Gaining insights into the local market and proactively seeking business development opportunities through research and analysis.
  • Coordinating the business development pipeline and qualifying leads for the team, including cross-selling opportunities.
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposal documents and maintaining a record of wins and losses, sharing best practices with other teams.
  • Organizing business development meetings and ensuring action items are followed up on for progress tracking.
  • Monitoring and managing budgets.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and business development.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with excellent administrative capabilities.
  • Confident in establishing rapport with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and perform well under pressure.
  • Proficient with technology and social media platforms.
  • Enthusiastic about working collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Possess a proactive and positive attitude.
