About the Role

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting our services and building strong relationships with clients across our East region offices.

As a key member of the marketing and business development team, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including event management, content creation, social media engagement, and market research. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external contacts to ensure the successful execution of our marketing and business development strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute engaging events and webinars, from initial concept to post-event follow-up, generating valuable sales leads.
  • Develop innovative ideas for corporate hospitality events that foster stronger connections with clients and industry partners.
  • Create and implement targeted keep-in-touch programs to nurture relationships with key clients and prospects, supporting our Business Development teams in building lasting partnerships.
  • Conceptualize and execute issue-based marketing campaigns and social media strategies to effectively promote our services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  • Produce compelling content, including videos, blog posts, and other materials, for various platforms, enhancing our online presence.
  • Develop high-quality marketing collateral such as PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, e-shots, case studies, and brochures to support our sales efforts.
  • Manage sponsorships effectively, ensuring we maximize the value of our partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough market research and identify new business development opportunities within our target markets.
  • Coordinate and manage the business development pipeline for our offices, qualifying leads and fostering cross-selling opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposal documents and maintain a record of wins and losses, sharing best practices with other teams.
  • Organize and facilitate business development meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and progress tracking.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.

About You

  • Possess 1+ years of proven experience in marketing and business development.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be a confident relationship builder with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Be proficient in technology and comfortable using various software applications.
  • Have a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team and possess a positive, can-do attitude.
