About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at PKF-Francis Clark Chartered accountants & business advisers. As an experienced administrator, you will provide personal assistance to our Senior Management Team, undertaking compliance checks, preparing presentations, and maintaining client databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team, including note-taking and diary management.
- Undertake compliance checks, such as 'Know Your Client' and anti-money laundering clearance processes.
- Assist in preparing and formatting presentations, letters, and reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and contact information.
- Coordinate staff travel and accommodation as required.
- Support marketing activities, including facilitating and coordinating client events.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional communication skills, be proactive, efficient, and organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective time management skills.
