Position Overview

As a Lead Inside Sales Strategist at Duval Associates, you will oversee the sales performance of a dynamic team of 10 Inside Sales Business Development Managers. Your role will focus on coaching, managing, and mentoring high-performing sales professionals in a business-to-business SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of targets for your team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance the skills and performance of sales executives.
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage sales processes and track team performance.
  • Engage in outbound B2B lead generation targeting the SME market.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions to optimize team output.
  • Implement effective communication and documentation practices to support team development.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 with the potential for £12,000 in bonuses, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
