Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented Lead Marketing Strategist to join our expanding marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the development, execution, and enhancement of marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand visibility, generating new business leads, and delivering a strong return on investment.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate across various departments, including marketing, sales, customer experience, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Work closely with content and SEO agencies, as well as creative professionals, to design impactful campaigns targeting our desired audience.
  • Create and manage email marketing initiatives, nurture campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Support sales efforts for new products, campaigns, and proposals.
  • Conduct reporting and analysis of marketing activities to demonstrate return on investment.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
