Financial Oversight: Manage the financial planning for the division, monitor key financial metrics, and use analytics to improve profit margins. Provide forecasts for future financial performance.
Quality Control: Ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services, adherence to industry standards, and client satisfaction. Responsible for evaluating products or services at various stages to ensure compliance with established quality benchmarks.
Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates, critical business insights, and analyses regarding the division's performance to the leadership team. Collect, analyze, and organize data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in IT services and consulting or similar roles, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions.
- In-depth understanding of the BPO sector.
- Exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and expertise in negotiation.
