Quality Control: Ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services, adhere to industry standards, and maintain client satisfaction. Responsible for evaluating products or services at various stages to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.

Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates, critical business insights, and analyses regarding the division's performance to the leadership team. Collect, analyze, organize, and identify opportunities for improvement and advancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record with a minimum of 10 years in IT services and consulting or similar roles, including at least 5 years in leadership positions.
  • In-depth understanding of the BPO sector.
