Business Systems Lead (Commercial & Project Controls) - Permanent Position

We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Lead with a focus on Commercial & Project Controls to join the Source & Connect team. This position will involve the assessment and enhancement of business workflows, utilizing advanced tools and applications to drive efficiency through process automation, and playing a key role in the company's digital evolution. The Business Systems Lead will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure that the system framework optimizes and streamlines operations for a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document business needs and requirements.
  • Engage with end users, key stakeholders, and process owners to ensure that system functionality and configurations align with changing business needs.
  • Manage internal resources and coordinate with third-party vendors for project delivery.
  • Create and provide training materials and support to key users to enhance their experience with the systems and data analytics.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of uniform solutions across the designated application suite.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive data and information.
  • Design and maintain workflows and process automation.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, resolve problems, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Experience with ICT systems, technical development, testing, and system deployment.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and best practices in complex data management.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders and communicate intricate information clearly.
  • Pragmatic mindset, capable of balancing ideal solutions with practical needs.
  • Experience in configuring operational and maintenance systems.
  • Background in the Engineering, Construction, or Industrial Services sectors.
