The Business Systems Lead will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure that the system architecture is streamlined and enhances operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and articulate business needs effectively.
- Engage with end users and process owners to confirm that system functionalities align with dynamic business demands.
- Oversee project execution by coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
- Create and provide training resources and support to enhance user experience with the systems and data analytics.
- Assist in the development and upkeep of uniform solutions across the designated application suite.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Design and manage workflows and process automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
