We are in search of a skilled Business Systems Lead with a strong background in Commercial & Project Controls to enhance our operations. This position will focus on supporting and evaluating business workflows, utilizing advanced tools and applications to drive process automation efficiencies, and playing a pivotal role in the company's digital evolution. The Business Systems Lead will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure that the system architecture promotes streamlined operations and competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business needs
  • Engage with end users, key stakeholders, and process owners to ensure system functionality aligns with changing business requirements
  • Manage internal resources and external vendors for project delivery
  • Create and provide training materials and support to enhance user experience within the systems suite and data analytics
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of uniform solutions across the approved application suite
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Design and maintain workflows and process automation

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related role with similar systems
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to analyze complex scenarios, resolve issues, and foster a culture of excellence
  • Experience with ICT systems, technical development, testing, and system rollout
  • Knowledge of GDPR and best practices in complex data management
  • Proven experience collaborating with various stakeholders and simplifying complex information
  • Pragmatic mindset, capable of balancing ideal solutions with immediate needs
  • Experience in configuring operation and maintenance systems
  • Background in the Engineering, Construction, or Industrial Services sectors
