Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Bridgwater/Hybrid

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Source & Connect. This position will involve providing support for the Technical, Engineering, and Scaffolding departments by analyzing business processes and leveraging strategic tools and applications to enhance system efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and document business requirements
  • Consult with end users, key users, and process owners to ensure functionality and configuration meet evolving business requirements
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  • Develop and deliver training, materials, and support to key users for improving their experience within the systems suite and data analytics
  • Support development and maintenance of consistent solutions across the approved application suite
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data/information
  • Build and maintain work-flows and process automation

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar or related role
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to analyze complex situations, solve problems, and drive an excellence culture
  • Experience with ICT systems, technical development, testing, and system implementation
  • Significant experience of successfully working with a variety of stakeholders and ability to communicate complex information simply
  • Pragmatic approach
  • Experience in the configuration of operation/maintenance systems
  • Experience of working within the Engineering/Construction/Industrial Services industry ideal but not essential
