This role will oversee the deployment of work order systems within an engineering services context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business needs
  • Engage with end users, key stakeholders, and process owners to ensure system functionality aligns with changing business demands
  • Manage internal teams and external vendors for effective project delivery
  • Create and provide training resources and support to enhance user experience within the systems suite and data analytics
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of uniform solutions across the authorized application suite

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role with similar systems

  • Experience in configuring operational and maintenance systems
  • Background in the Engineering, Construction, or Industrial Services sectors
