The Business Systems Lead will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure that the system architecture is streamlined and effective, providing a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business needs and requirements.
- Engage with end users, key stakeholders, and process owners to ensure system functionality aligns with changing business demands.
- Manage internal resources and coordinate with external vendors for successful project delivery.
- Create and provide training materials and support to enhance user experience within the systems and data analytics.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standardized solutions across the designated application suite.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications:
