The Business Systems Lead will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure that the system architecture supports and streamlines operations for a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business needs and requirements.
- Engage with end users, key stakeholders, and process owners to ensure system functionality aligns with changing business demands.
- Manage internal resources and coordinate with external vendors for effective project delivery.
- Create and provide training materials and support to enhance user experience within the systems and data analytics.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standardized solutions across the approved application suite.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and data.
- Design and maintain workflows and process automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a related role with similar systems.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, resolve problems, and foster a culture of excellence.
- Proficient in ICT systems, technical development, testing, and system deployment.
- Knowledge of GDPR and best practices in complex data management.
- Extensive experience collaborating with various stakeholders and simplifying complex information.
- Pragmatic mindset, capable of balancing ideal solutions with current practical needs.
- Experience in configuring operational and maintenance systems.
- Background in the Engineering, Construction, or Industrial Services sectors.
