IT Business Systems Support Analyst Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated IT Business Systems Support Analyst to join our team at Source & Connect.

About the Role

As an IT Business Systems Support Analyst, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and supporting our IT systems, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert assistance and troubleshooting across various systems and applications.
  • Monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Assist with the implementation of new IT solutions and ensure they are integrated smoothly with existing systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on best practices and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to align support efforts with broader technology initiatives.
  • Document all support processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain up-to-date records.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an IT support role with a strong track record of resolving technical issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT business systems.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
