About the Role:

We are seeking two talented and dedicated IT Business Systems Support Analysts (1st Line) to join our team at Source & Connect. As a key member of our IT support team, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and supporting our IT systems, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for a variety of IT business systems, including those related to engineering, construction, work orders, HR, ERP, and other critical applications that support the operations of a nuclear power station.
  • Monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability, including conducting routine maintenance and updates.
  • Assist with the implementation of new IT solutions, ensuring they are integrated smoothly with existing systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on best practices and new technologies, ensuring they are equipped to use systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to align support efforts with broader technology initiatives.
  • Document all support processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain up-to-date records for future reference.
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement within the IT support function, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in an IT support role, with a strong track record of resolving technical issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT business systems.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
