Job Summary

We are seeking two highly skilled IT Business Systems Support Analysts to join our team at Source & Connect. As a key member of our IT support team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our IT systems, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide expert assistance and troubleshooting across various systems and applications, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime and disruption.
  • Support Ticket Management: Manage and resolve support tickets, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Troubleshooting and Escalation: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • IT System Monitoring: Monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability, including conducting routine maintenance and updates.
  • IT Solution Implementation: Assist with the implementation of new IT solutions, ensuring they are integrated smoothly with existing systems.
  • User Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to users on best practices and new technologies, ensuring they are equipped to use systems effectively.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to align support efforts with broader technology initiatives, and document all support processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain up-to-date records for future reference.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement within the IT support function, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in an IT support role, with a strong track record of resolving technical issues.
  • Onsite Work: Willingness to work onsite at our facilities.
  • IT Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of IT business systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Security Clearance: Must be eligible for SC clearance to apply for this position.
