Overview of the Position:

  • Cultivating strong connections with clients to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and taking charge of disputes to guarantee solutions within agreed service levels.
  • Collaborating effectively with central collections, underwriting, and sales teams to manage broker accounts, address queries, and facilitate prompt payment recovery.
  • Engaging in daily communication with clients, addressing non-payment issues related to various insurance policies.
  • Conducting weekly analysis of query management and reporting findings to the Query Management Analysis Manager.
  • Contributing to team projects and initiatives by sharing insights and providing constructive feedback to enhance operational efficiency and positively influence the financial position regarding client fees.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to deliver results, demonstrated by a successful track record in reducing debt through effective query management.
  • Competence in identifying data quality issues and errors in reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and its practices.
  • Confidence in engaging with brokers and clients to build lasting relationships.
  • Proficient in Excel, including skills in vlookups and pivot tables.
