About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, ensuring resolutions of queries within agreed timelines, and taking ownership of disputes and blockages with customers to ensure resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure effective query management and resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with the central collections, underwriting, and sales teams to ensure effective broker account management, query resolution, and swift payment recovery.
  • Communicate daily with customers, raising non-payment queries for a variety of insurance policies.
  • Conduct weekly query management analysis and report back to the Quality Management Analyst (QMA) Manager.
  • Contribute to projects and team initiatives by sharing knowledge, ideas, and feedback to help develop the way others work and positively impact the debt position in relation to client fees.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in reducing debt through query management.
  • Ability to identify data quality issues and errors in reporting and data analysis.
  • Insurance background and knowledge.
  • Confident in liaising with brokers and customers to build relationships.
  • Strong Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables.
