Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Share Plan Operations Specialist to join our established Discretionary Plans operational team at Equiniti. As a Share Plan Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the successful operational planning and delivery of key tasks, while developing specialist knowledge of share plans and liaising with our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver discretionary plan tasks for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Liaise with the Client Relationship Team to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
  • Attend client meetings to support task planning and service reviews, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Configure discretionary plan system parameters and web services to facilitate tasks, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
  • Prepare schedules and files relating to task deliverables, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with the wider Discretionary Plans team, including Dealing & Settlements and Admin Support, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Identify and resolve client and employee queries, providing prompt and professional support.
  • Maintain data integrity and reconciliation of all records relating to the service, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support business readiness activities for new clients set ups, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn, with a strong desire to develop specialist knowledge of share plans.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and remain focused on delivering excellent service, with a strong attention to detail.
