Position: Senior Administrator - Discretionary Share Plans

About the Role: We are on the lookout for a committed Senior Administrator to enhance our Employee Services team within the UK Shareholder Services sector. The ideal candidate will take charge of managing and supervising the execution of our Discretionary Plan Service. This position presents a remarkable chance to gain in-depth knowledge in share plans and play a vital role in the advancement of our Employee Share Plan Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, track, and evaluate daily operations for executive and discretionary clientele
  • Engage with both internal and external partners on a regular basis
  • Perform system processing and address participant queries
  • Assist in business readiness initiatives for onboarding new clients
  • Ensure data accuracy and reconcile service documentation
  • Offer technical assistance and direction to team members

Skills and Experience:

  • Motivated and keen to acquire new knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Employee Share plans
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Capable of excelling in a dynamic environment while providing exemplary service
