Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our Discretionary Plans operational team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our Discretionary Plan Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process daily work for Executive and Discretionary clients
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Process system transactions and resolve participant inquiries
  • Support business readiness activities for new client onboarding
  • Maintain data integrity and reconcile records related to the service
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow with our team
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Employee Share Plans and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of service quality
