Job Summary

Equiniti, a leading international provider of shareholder, pension, remediation, and credit technology, is seeking a skilled professional to join our Share Plans Operations team. As a key member of our Allotment Team, you will be responsible for the closure and fulfillment of maturity and early exercises for our Save As You Earn clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of share plans, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our main operating system, Sirius, and other relevant systems.
  • Make regular system updates to satisfy share allotments and ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage key activities, including purchases, sales, and settlement of clients' Share Save maturities.
  • Monitor and respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with key regulations, including COBS and CASS, to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong English language and literacy skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with stakeholders, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in an office or customer-facing environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is advantageous.
