Role Overview

Equiniti's Share Plans Operations team is comprised of sub-teams that handle various aspects of our services. The Allotment Team, responsible for closure and fulfillment of maturity and early exercises, is seeking a skilled professional to join their ranks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of share plans.
  • Develop familiarity with the main operating system (Sirius) and other necessary systems.
  • Perform regular system updates to satisfy share allotments.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage key activities, including purchases, sales, and settlement of clients' Share Save maturities.
  • Monitor and respond to internal and external queries.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to manage tasks.
  • Stay aware of key regulations, including COBS and CASS.

Requirements

  • Experience working effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong English language and literacy skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience working with stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in an office or customer-facing environment is beneficial.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to meeting client requirements.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a customer service environment is advantageous.
