Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Share Plan Administrator to join our established Discretionary Plans operational team. As a Share Plan Administrator, you will be responsible for the delivery of our Discretionary Plan Service, leading the successful operational planning and delivery of key tasks, while developing specialist knowledge of share plans and liaising with our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver discretionary plan tasks for a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Liaise with Client Relationship Team to ensure client requirements are understood
  • Attend client meetings to support task planning and service reviews
  • Configure discretionary plan system parameters and web services to facilitate tasks
  • Prepare schedules and files relating to task deliverables
  • Work closely with the wider Discretionary Plans team, including Dealing & Settlements and Admin Support, and Reporting
  • Identify and resolve client and employee queries
  • Maintain data integrity and reconciliation of all records relating to the service
  • Support business readiness activities for new clients set ups
Requirements
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate a good understanding of what great customer service is
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Ability to work well under pressure and remain focused on delivering excellent service
