Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service with a strong telephone manner
  • Maintain and develop client accounts to drive business growth
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives to drive business success
  • Proactively retain customers and ensure their satisfaction
  • Understand and arrange various services, including licenses, CPS, WLR, data, number porting, number management, and SIP services
  • Ensure correct procedures are followed for escalations and meet service level agreements
  • Monitor and process all orders, including escalations, and resolve allocated tickets within required SLAs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Strong and assertive communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Natural flair for delivering high levels of customer service
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Team player with understanding of collaborative working
  • Excellent IT skills and confidence using business management systems and MS Office packages
  • Excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
