About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Partner to join our team in Worthing, West Sussex. As a Private Client Partner, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, providing legal services to individuals and businesses, and delivering top-tier client service and quality of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad-brush caseload, taking ownership of complex matters, including will making and registration, probate issues, administration of trusts, powers of attorney, and inheritance tax.
  • Provide legal services for individuals and businesses, with a focus on estate administration and probate matters.
  • Work closely with a team of Private Client Lawyers to deliver exceptional client service and quality of work.
Requirements
  • Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a proven track record in handling estate administration and probate matters.
  • 10+ years of PQE experience, with a strong understanding of inheritance tax and will making.
