Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Workforce Directorate at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic workforce advice and support to Corporate Support Services and Estates and Facilities, contributing to the achievement of Service and Trust objectives.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic workforce advice and guidance to senior managers and directors
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address workforce issues and opportunities
  • Leading on corporate HR projects and initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with senior managers and directors
