Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has emerged within the expanding Employee Services (ES) division for a Share Plan Implementation Manager. This pivotal role involves taking charge of the onboarding process for new clients acquired through various channels, including IPOs, competitor acquisitions, RFPs, and new product launches. You will collaborate with a dynamic, fast-paced team dedicated to delivering client-focused results across Employee Services offerings: All Employee (SIP and SAYE) and Premier (Discretionary, Executive, and Global Nominee). Our goal is to provide expert guidance to clients and key stakeholders, ensuring a seamless integration of new plans into the ES framework. Exceptional communication, teamwork, and a commitment to collaboration are essential for ensuring a successful onboarding experience and delivering top-tier service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to discuss new business opportunities and product specifications, establishing a delivery timeline.
  • Plan and execute the introduction of new business initiatives or products.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients, addressing technical inquiries related to plan setup and ongoing administration.
  • Conduct regular planning meetings (in-person or via conference calls) and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate with Employee Services Operations and other critical business areas to fulfill client-specific needs.
  • Coordinate with external service providers (administrators, payrolls, client-designated designers, printers, translators, legal advisors).
  • Ensure that all deliverables align with contractual service specifications.
  • Facilitate understanding of client service requirements among ES Operational teams and key business areas.
  • Ensure all task documentation adheres to regulatory and compliance standards prior to client approval.
  • Develop an administration manual detailing key event processes, client responsibilities, and necessary file formats.
  • Provide marketing communication support and assist with client presentations and roadshows.
  • Support the Business Development Manager and other stakeholders with RFPs and tenders.
  • Deliver a comprehensive Business As Usual (BAU) handover to the Client Services Manager once implementation is complete.
  • Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) to capture lessons learned.
  • Travel as needed for business purposes.

Required Skills and Attributes
