Job Summary
The Client Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the Share Incentive Plan (SIP) operations team. This role will focus on developing knowledge of the SIP system, processes, and product to enable the team to deliver great service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the wider team in delivering excellent client service
- Develop knowledge of the SIP system, product, and processes
- Identify gaps in our offering against system requirements
- Design solutions to address these gaps
- Develop and maintain procedures and processes
- Oversee training and skills development for the team
- Mentor and coach team members as needed
- Troubleshoot issues identified by the wider ops team and business
- Oversight of change items into the team
- Ensure procedures are up-to-date
- Maintain policy adherence across the team through education and walking-the-work
- Support the roll out of new clients and new development
- Promote and deliver continuous improvement throughout the team
- Deliver management information as needed
- Check outputs, share moves, and payments
Requirements
