Position: IFA Administrator

We are seeking an IFA Administrator to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting Financial Advisers, ensuring that all client documentation is handled with precision and adheres to our organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather illustrations, key features, and application forms from various Platform Providers
  • Assemble client meeting packs containing essential documentation
  • Dispatch client documentation as required
  • Issue signed letters of authority and maintain updated client records
  • Prepare applications for new business
  • Address inquiries from IFAs, colleagues, clients, and providers
  • Foster and maintain client relationships with providers
  • Generate client valuation schedules
  • Oversee client plans and requests
  • Manage an efficient diary to ensure all activities are organized
  • Notify Advisers and the Admin Manager of any client-related occurrences

Required Experience / Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Client-centric mindset
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Good understanding of the industry
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry and record management skills
  • Desire to pursue professional qualifications (preferred)
