Position: IFA Administrator
Company: Blakemore Recruitment
We are seeking an IFA Administrator to become a vital part of our organization. The successful candidate will assist Financial Advisers in ensuring that all client documentation is handled with precision and adheres to company protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather illustrations, essential features, and application forms from various Platform Providers
- Assemble client meeting packs with all required documentation
- Dispatch client documentation as necessary
- Issue signed letters of authority and maintain updated client records
- Prepare applications for new business
- Address inquiries from IFAs, colleagues, clients, and providers
- Foster client relationships with providers
- Generate client valuation schedules
- Oversee client plans and requests
- Manage an efficient diary to keep all activities organized
- Notify Advisers and Admin Manager of any client-related developments
Required Experience / Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Client-oriented mindset
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Solid understanding of the industry
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Accurate data entry and record maintenance skills
- Desire to pursue professional qualifications (preferred)
