We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Worthing office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, including physical and digital files.
  • Provide exceptional reception coverage, ensuring a positive first impression for clients and visitors.
  • Procure and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Oversee and maintain office equipment, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including catering and logistics.
  • Ensure the office and kitchen areas are well-maintained and stocked.
  • Coordinate the archiving and retrieval of offsite documentation.
  • Collaborate with building management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and deliver effective health and safety inductions for new employees.
  • Record and report all accidents and incidents, ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
