We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator at Page Personnel. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer-focused services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, providing exceptional service and support.
- Assist in coordinating departmental meetings and events, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure customer records are accurate and up-to-date, maintaining high levels of data integrity.
- Support the preparation of customer service reports, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to the implementation of new customer service initiatives, driving process improvements and enhancements.
Requirements:
- A strong administrative background with customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
- Ability to handle complaints effectively, remaining calm and professional under pressure.
- A team-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with a high level of technical competence.
