Financial Services Coordinator

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Client Executive to join their team in Worthing. This role is integral to providing efficient administrative support to clients and senior members of staff.
The successful candidate will support several Financial Advisers within the firm with administration for the financial planning clients. This will involve coordinating with the adviser and completing a variety of tasks, including:
- Arranging team meetings, client meetings, and appointments
- Managing the post for the adviser team
- Administering new client pensions, investments, and risk contracts
- Effectively liaising with product providers and partners
- Managing and finalizing client documentation from start to finish
- Managing and coordinating annual client reviews, including the production of valuations
- Processing investments, fund switches, and sales documentation within defined service level agreements
- Reviewing and completing investment transactions to ensure accuracy in line with original instructions
- Dealing with client queries
- Ensuring the back-office system is kept up to date
- To adhere to FCA regulations, internal policies, and procedures at all times
This role requires a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an office environment, preferably in financial services, and be fully conversant in Microsoft Office.
Essential criteria include:
- Experience of working in an office environment, preferably in financial services
- Fully conversant in Microsoft Office
- Proven Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communicator, including digitally
- Attentive and methodical approach
- Organized and able to prioritize effectively
- Strong customer focus
Desirable criteria include:
- Previous experience of working in financial services
- Certificate in Regulated Financial Services or equivalent professional financial services qualifications, either obtained or working towards
- Experience of using CURO
