- Fully conversant in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Good communication skills, including digital communication
- Organised and able to prioritise effectively
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Previous experience in financial services
- Certificate in Regulated Financial Services or equivalent qualifications
- Experience using CURO
