Job Title: Discretionary Plans Administrator

At Equiniti, we're looking for a skilled Share Plan Services Coordinator to join our Discretionary Plans operational team. This role offers the chance to develop valuable business skills and specialist knowledge of share plans, alongside broader share market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring, progression, and checking of daily work for our Executive and Discretionary clients
  2. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
  3. System processing
  4. Resolution of participants' enquiries
  5. Supporting business readiness activities for new clients set-ups
  6. Maintaining data integrity and reconciliation of all records relating to the service
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues

Skills and experience;

  1. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  2. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  3. Good communication skills
  4. Able to demonstrate a good understanding of what great customer service is
  5. Fantastic attention to detail
  6. Knowledge of Employee Shareplan
  7. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  8. Ability to work well under pressure and remain focused on delivering excellent service

As a Share Plan Services Coordinator, you'll be part of a large Share Plans Operations team, working on different elements of our services. This role offers fantastic opportunities to develop your knowledge and progress within our wider team.
