Senior Research Nurse/Practitioner

The Senior Research Nurse/Practitioner will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of a portfolio of clinical trials and the management of clinical research staff within the relevant specialties.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the performance of clinical trials, mainly with regard to In-Patient - critical care areas trials.
- Manage a team of clinical research staff within the relevant specialties.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment and accrual in line with performance and monitoring objectives.
- Provide expert knowledge, skills, and experience to support those involved in clinical trials.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Trust and other local and national agencies to develop and implement research projects.
- Strong understanding of clinical research principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
