Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing person-centered care to adults with mental health problems.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Participate in service development and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • RMN / Registered Nurse (Mental Health) with current NMC registration.
  • Experience of working with adults with mental health problems.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
