About the Role

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at Pinhoe View, a state-of-the-art facility providing mental health services for adults with acute mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Mental Health service by working alongside the multidisciplinary team to promote good teamwork and encourage service users to improve their physical health.
  • Conduct risk assessments, liaise with our GP service, supervise junior staff, and implement screening processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Provide education and support to service users, families, and carers to promote health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.

Requirements

  • RGN experience and relevant nursing qualification.
  • NMC registration.
  • Experience in a similar environment.
  • Evidence of clinical practice development.
