We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Renal Research Nurse - Data Enrichment Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization, the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, and contribute to the advancement of renal research.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with key stakeholders to build an understanding of rare disease datasets and develop a plan for data enrichment.
- Conduct audits of data to identify gaps and inaccuracies, and work with the RaDaR senior data manager to establish a plan for improvement.
- Travel to participating Kidney Centres to conduct on-site visits and identify priority data items for enrichment.
- Liaise with UK Renal Registry contacts to access data completeness reports and updates, and guidance on data enrichment.
- Consult with local records and cross-reference against data held in the RaDaR registry to identify areas for improvement.
- Manually add, transcribe, and enrich data to improve accuracy and completeness.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the senior project manager and RaDaR Chairs.
We are looking for someone with a flexible and highly motivated attitude, who is able to use their initiative and be innovative. You should have an interest and understanding of data and renal terminology, as well as proven IT skills and competence in data management.
